If you hadn't said that you caught it on powerbait I would have guessed that you caught it out of one of the no bait, barbless hook and none under 20" places. That eliminates Daniels and 24 Mile. Everywhere else doesn't have very many older fish because of the drought.
If you guys have a fishing report or question about Idaho post it on the Idaho board.
