It's illegal to transport a live Nemo from place to place per se the proclamation, so leave that stupid Nemo alone... LOL But I can reason with you guys, a freaking goldfish, that ain't in the proclamation? (Point-it is not even a game fish). So I would deduct that it is alright if you just put it in your pond in the backyard. Especially if the officials want to get rid of the pond Nemos...
