He was being sneaky about it. I've seen it enough though to know what he was up to. Plus pulling up a bass with a hook in its rear made it easy to diagnos, too. I'm afraid to say it but I've seen this quite a bit over the years. Just this last year in Oregon when I quit fishing I had a guy snag a 32" ling cod that I'd been trying for for over a week.[Sad] So when I saw that guy doing it, it peeved me off.
