It had fish in it last year. It is the one that you access from Washington lake trailhead. I only hit it every couple of years, each time hoping that the fish size would increase. There doesn't seem to be much of a forage base for the fish, not much growing out in the water. The fishing was always good though. Black midges or dark colored nymphs, size 16 or smaller have done the trick for me each time. I have used them on both a fly rod and trailed behind a bubble. It didn't seem like they cared how it was placed in front of them, they would eat it. They do have small mouths, similar in size to whitefish so think small.
