Weber River Ice Status?

I've finally earned a kitchen pass for Thursday and Friday and was hoping to hit the Weber for some whites. My question is, has the warm weather opened the river back up enough to make it fishable around Taggart or should I target it as it comes through the canyon? If it's no good, I may just have to dig the auger out and hit Rockport.
