[size 1]My point is that I do feel that there is a spirit of the law and the letter. The DWR writes laws like the Jordanelle 50 fish limit with specific objectives in mind. They WANT you to harvest perch from Fish lake or Jordanelle and will not likely hassle you if you get a flat in front of DC with your perch. While there may be a few zealots in any law enforcement body, most CO's will have a modicum of common sense and a sense at what a given management goal is. At least the ones I have met have.[/size]
