We don't always keep all we catch, but both TubeBabe and I (and a lot of other folks) agree that channel cats are about as toothsome as you can get. Better than trout and better than most other Utah species. I kinda give walleye the edge, but TubeBabe hold out for channel cats.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]We had some oven baked "lemon sesame kitty" last night. Deelishiwus. I just finished up smoking a batch yesterday afternoon too. (see pic) Served up with some cheese, crackers and an appropriate "libation", that stuff will put lead on your chest and hair on your pencil...or something like that.[/#0000ff]
