I too have a Cabela's line counter. I disagree with jackonlaker on the make of the reel. Mine is not the "gold" model, just the regular model. I've used it for about 5 years (hard) and love it. Nary a problem. I've dropped it etc. and it is still in one piece and not broken. I would buy another in a heart beat!
