]The two poll permit goes into effect JAn 01, I also talked to the ranger at willard and most lakes in Utah at this time and always did allow two polls as long as you had the $15.00 two poll permit along with your 1st permit, I have fished with a two poll permit for quite some time, there is only a few lakes or res that at this time do not allow (rock port does not allow, But wilard, berry, east canyon does) it but most do at this time also.[/#008058][/font]
