TD, I've fished there a few times, there is a golf course next to the lake, my bro-in-law and I have done the turf & surf a few times (my golf game leave alot of turf uprooted). Anyway, I've found the best success on the SW side, just out from the dam. I caught a respectable number of fish using Krocodiles which I would cast, let sink completely, then very slow retrieve along the bottom and back through the water column. Brass with red/brown seems to have worked best.
