The upper Provo is running fast. High run off stage is well what ya get use to. I would say no it is not at a high run off. Not even a medium run off right now, just running fast.
Since I live right by the lake it usually treats me a little better a little earlier. The run off came late this year with our changing weather pattern. By late I mean it is about 2 weeks behind the normal. I wouldn't expect it to pick up for another 2/3 weeks. But I will be checking it out at least once a week from here out. Ate the last of my perch fillets this evening. Man do I like fish tacos! So the weather needs to warm and stay there for a bit. I need to re-supply the perch confirs.
