Good advice from fishhound. My personal preference out of those would be the provo river either below jordanelle or below deer creek. world class fishing and only fly or artificial lures are allowed so no big bait fishing crowds.(not to say its deserted) sorry i dont know any good tackle shops up there. If you're driving in from AZ hit sportsmans warehouse. Just take the university avenue exit (#263) and keep going north about 1 mile and it will be on your right. easy off and on the freeway. They will know about the area your going to and help with some tips. hope this helps.
