That looks to me like a Walmart Renegade, I use those up at Strawberry and do really good with them, Sounds like folks are kinda down on them but I've caught more fish on them than lucky craft lures in general, I've talked a couple of times about them and one fun and quite successful method at Strawberry is just to cast it out and let it sit on top without moving it or perhaps an occasional twitch and it's topwater trout fishing! It wouldnt surprise me if it were a Yozuri knock off but I just wanted to share with you how I fish them and how well I do with them. Has to be one of the best two dollar investments I've made in cheap fishing tackle or expensive tackle, Also I don't think I've ever had a problem with the split rings.
My war story... last fall one day fishing solo in two hours, thirty fish! My goal was thirty then try and catch some Kokes, shoulda kept fishin for cutts.
