Very true but the Unempleyment rate is still an accurate reflection of a month to month basis of the number of people who are unemployed and looking for work. If a person is unemployed and not looking for work are they truely unemployed?

Where did I day that the Government should not assist in helping with Katrina? The Government did help and should have done more, but it is still not the Governments fault that a huricane hit the Gulf Coast.
One thing is for sure SM I am glad to find out that you don't hate Bush. But I am curious how if I thought you hated Bush makes me a Racist?
Your right people do need help from time to time and I am more than willing to assist, but charity should not be a sieve that can not be closed. People should have some sort of resposibility in thier lives and quit relying on the Government to ensure they live a happy life. Oh and I do have a good life and can't complain a bit but I am the one who made the decisions good and bad throughout my life that have my family where we are today, not the Government.
