I personally C&R 99.9% of the time but the Weber isn't Blue Lake or some small pond or small creek that anyone at this point should even began to worry about overharvesting of any type of fish. I would never keep a fish from the Weber but that's because I'd remember how much cow manure flows into that river if I'd try to eat it. If you've ever fished that river some you'd know it's chalked full of fish with many over 20 inches. DWR sampling backs this up even if you don't fish it or have much luck there. Save the preaching for waters where C&R is likely to make a difference in the fishery is all I'm trying to say. Otherwise people won't listen to your opinion when you do have a valid point.
