[size 3][font "Times New Roman"]We are excited about these events this year. The cookoff will feature three meats-- Flat Iron Steaks, Beef Ribs and wild game meat. This year we are featuring Flaming Gorge Burbot to increase interest and pressure on this species. [/font][/size]

[size 3][font "Times New Roman"]We want to thank Brian McNamara, Clay Perschon, Roger Schneidervin, and Cory Hays and Ryan Mosley for catching these fish for the event. They have been fishing late several evenings to catch enough for the chefs to practice with as well as have enough for the event.[/font][/size]
