Wal-mart in Layton Has crawlers, all you really need is some 1/0 hooks (I like the red ones) and bait, if your fishing from shore maybe some weight. I personally like to use perch meat for bait they sell that at wal-mart also, it's about $5.00 for 9 fuillets and they come in small packages of 3 fillets each 1 pack will last all day.
If you also want to target the white bass it would be a ggod idea to have some loght jigs and curly tails grubs in different colers also.
