Sea Eagle "Fold Cat"
#3
[cool][#0000ff]Welcome aboard. Sorry we can't provide much in the way of personal reviews on this craft. I doubt that many of our "regulars" would be inclined to want to use one. Most of us appreciate the solitary aspects of tubing and tooning in manageable craft with only one rider. [/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]I brought up their website (see link above) and looked over the promotional info on the craft. It seems to be a "compromise" between a full size pontoon and a small boat. Some of the advantages of each. The fold up frame was a nice touch. Not wild about a PVC bladder, especially for a craft that large.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]However, if you are looking for a two seater on which you want to add a motor, it looks like it would be a worthwhile fishing platform Lots of features that are not standard on a bare bones pontoon.[/#0000ff]
[#0000ff][/#0000ff]
[#0000ff]Most of the major pontoon manufacturers offer two or three seaters, with motor mounts. They are widely used by fishing guides on some rivers and seem to hold up pretty well.[/#0000ff]
[#0000ff][/#0000ff]
[#0000ff]If you are going to be taking your craft down rough water, definitely look for one with urethane or "bullet proof" pontoons.[/#0000ff]
