Veteran's Benefit - Why not Utah???

colorado is the same way. when ever i go home i NEVER have to pay for a fishing liscense as long as i have my orders on me. it also applies to small game hunting. some how i am identified as a resident of, CO, UT, NM, VA, NC, WA, and CA. simply based on the fact that i have lived in all of these places. UT is (i believe) the only state that does not allow this.
