Gulf of Mexico Fishing

That looks really great. The only ocean fishing I have ever been on is charter salmon fishing on the Oregon Coast. With so many people on the boat, what fishing techniques did you guys use? Just drift bait fishing or some type of trolling? And also, did you encounter any monster squid?[
