family friendly rivers???

Hello,,, I am a foreigner ( from California ) and am heading up to Utah for a few days. Taking my wife and 7month old baby. Trying to figure out what waters to hit. I can spend more time on the water if I can take my family if the surrounding area is nice. She can just drop me off and hang out with the baby and I can get some quality time on the water. I will be able to get out a little completely by myself at least once. So,,,, based on this forum and a couple other ones, here is my short list,,, Weber,Provo ( middle or lower??) Sevier, Strawberry, Current Creek, Ogden. I am not sure what "pm" stands for on this forum but I assume it's to send a direct email.
