First welcome to the site.
I have the regular ODC 420 and at 210lbs plus gear it has more then enough float for my weight. I have tried to find the difference between the light and regular without much luck. If you find out please share. My guess is the only way to loose the weight is to use thinner material or something. Something isn't as thick or strong to loose that much weight.
That all said only thing I don't like is that the valves are in the pockets. Great tube though.
