Does anyone do any winter trout fishing?

Speaking of the Yough did you hear about the Huge fish kill due to a rapid release of water from the dam. I guess they had to draw down the lake to remove parts of a bridge that they blew up years ago. The reason being was that the lake was low this year and parts of it were sticking out of the water.

This is not the first time this has happened, but the fish kill was worse this time. I say why let it happen again! there should be some sort of action taken to make sure this will not repeat itself everytime they need to draw the dam down. [mad]
