If the perch are sleeping and the light won't wake 'em up' I could hook you up with a recording of my wife snorin', gets me every time[:p]
20 some years ago when I first tried ice fishing (Willard Bay)we would clear any snow on the ice and fish in 10-15 feet of water with as many lanterns as we could gather in between a circle of holes and it sure seemed to make a difference in the # of walleye and crappie caught.
