With the mack's being so deep, it's surprising to me they don't get all messed up bringing them up. I've brought fish up fishing where their eye's are popping out and their stomach is popping out of their mouth.
It's obvious to me the mack's don't die as the catch and released fish are being caught again. It's just a little surprising to me that they aren't dead after you release them.
