Well I was up there also today with my daughter and one of her freinds that had never been fishing. Well I think her friend is hooked on fishing[
]. She only caught 4 gills and my daughter caught probably 8 more but we only took 3 home as most where really small. I also caught a few bass and one perch. I kinda felt bad for keeping 2 bass as they where on beds and where really easy to catch but when I cleaned them I did not find any eggs.. I did run into a friend from Anglers Den Wade in Riverdale he was catching some nice gills on a fly. But we did not have the same luck. a thunder storm hit for about 30 min and I got off the water until it was over then went back out but the fish where not on there beds and the gills did not want anything to do with my jigs... After talking to Wade he clued me in on the bigger gills but like I said I found them but they wanted nothing to do with what I had to offer them..
