I was up to Rock Cliffs this morning. Jordanelle is full. The water clarity is better than it was last year at this time but still somewhat murky. Water temps varied from 57.8 to 61 degrees. As is expected this time of year, there is a fair amount of floating debris in the water. It probably will be about one more week before it takes off. FWIW, Deer Creek is about 5 degrees warmer and the fish are showing their approval, (if one is into 10-12 inch smallies[]).
