waders issues
#5
The waders exchange went very well. They had a gift card for full purchase price within 5 minutes.
There was actually a 1/4" on on the outside leg seam that the machine took a hic-cup on and 1/2" on the other leg.
The Simms G3 gore-tex waders were waiting in the area with my name on them.
These are the convertable chest waders, that can be used as pants or chest. I THINK the waist will be high enough for the Fat Cat float tube without unzipping the chest part. Carefull testing will be done on this issue of course..
I sat for quite some time checking every inch of seam I could find.
The fit-- These waders fit much better than any I have tried. Deep knee bends, and low sitting position will not be a problem . I couldn't detect any crowding in any area.
I was somewhat supprised to see that they are made in the USA[Smile][Smile]
I'm looking forward to getting the OUTSIDE of them wet. ole giller
