I am just curious how you know if some one is closer than 150'. do you have a range finder on your boat. I have had many of fish boats pull in front of me thinking that because they are trolling they can go where ever they want. I also fish from my boat and I cannot tell you how many times I have been fishing a boil and had some one come rushing over to fish my boil, much closer than 150'. All I am saying is we are all just out there trying to use the same piece of water. we all need to be considerate of each other. I try to not get to close to any one but i have had on occasion people in little 12' boats come rolling in on me when I was stopped...to their dismay. I think that if some one is doing this on purpose then they should be reported. the question was posed why they cant go to the middle of the lake to ski. the same reason you dont fish in the middle of the lake. If you go to willard to fish/ski you are going to do it in the best possible place. unfortunitly that puts boats together. If some one is really closer than 150' cast onto their boat. that would certainly get their attention.
And for the sorry doesnt cut it comment. well I guess you are one of those people that never make a mistake or have never been in a car accident or ever cut some one off. If you dont want waves in you fish boat get a bigger boat...[

On another note. did not go fishing tonight just got too busy but will be out there tomorrow. I have a purple mastercraft ski boat with four poles out the back if you see me please say hi. I have been reading bft for about 2 years now but just decided to start to respond. this site has helped me tremendously in getting into fishing and knowing how so that when I take my 3 boys with me they will want to fish.
I did catch 5 wippers and has anybody tried to cook them with cabelas blackened pepper seasoning rubbed with olive oil then bbq them. Fantastic
