Great fish Goddess,
I was on Henry's lake on saturday too.
It was not action packed for us, I was skunked, my wife caught a nice 19" on the way back to the dock trolling a worm. There was a older guy catching a fish every 5-10 min on a fly pole. he was grumpy and directing boats away from his hole. we are rookies but exited to go back soon. the scenery and the weather was great. Last week when with the wind I landed more fish for sure.
I used a 2x fly line and a brown leach pattern. I was low enough to bring in weeds on some of my casts. I also tried trolling a rapala and black spinner. No takes. My wife used worms, half of them were dead or nearly dead so I blame that for our slow day.
