Boise river steelhead
#8
To tell you the truth the river changes in flows so often that no matter where you go their are always fish. I fish it quite often and have for quite a while. I find new holes all the time and abandon the ones I find just as often. Not because their fished out but because there are so many that I can't fish them all and I look for seclusion, wildlife and new sites. I can tell you if you start at Glenwood and fish around there you will find plenty of opportunity. Start there and move up stream all the way to barber there are numerous amounts of fish. Or do the opposite and start at barber...Also from Star to Glenwood is just as good actually I prefer that stretch.

Either way good luck and happy fishing. Put in your time and use the local shops like turners on state for inside info.
