Willard still ice capped

I put the Toon in the north marina for the first time Fri and there was still ice surrounded by about 80' of clear water around the edges, the inlet was also locked with ice. I returned Sun and all ice in the marina was gone and the lake was open for about 200 yds out. There were a couple of boats checking things out but the wind was blowing pretty hard out of the north so they didn't stay out. As for water depth, the channel is approx 21' deep and it shouldn't take long to fill. I graphed a few fish moving on the bottom but it's still a little early.
