walleye on ut lake
#14
[cool][#0000ff]The gravel road heading down to the lake at Mile Marker 19 is the best of all the dirt roads between Highway 68 and Utah Lake. Some of them are very steep and deeply rutted. Humvee trails.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]You can make it down to the lake in almost any vehicle. I have even seen "low riders" parked along the lake. Not sure how much of the undercarriage they left behind or if they ever made it out again.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]No need for 4X4 but good tires and decent clearance are strongly suggested.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]Attached is a new map of the area I just finished. I have not yet finished the writeup detailing each of the numbered locations.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]Easy to launch tubes and toons almost anywhere. There are quite a few guys that even trailer in small boats. Water levels are very high right now so launching is easier.[/#0000ff]
