Well, I'd say they were 18-20, but they were only about 30-40 yards off shore. No flotation devices. But fortunately for them, we were there. My buddy took off in his kayak as I threw him a life jacket. By the time he got there, two of them were bobbing pretty well. He towed them back to shore.
