Cattin' at Cutler
#2
After my son saw the kitty collection, he too wanted to check out da Junction. After a cool morning, the afternoon had warmed. Thought we'd have less wind, till we got to the boat launch. Not AS windy, and more from the west than the north.

After chasing through the flock of seagulls (at the boy's request) we moved along the car-encrusted shore, and pitched into the wrecks. Nothing taking, and David wanted to get to the kitty zone I'd found. We moved onto the train-bridge, and tied up for a while. Got a couple hits on a worm harness, and worm-spinner.
Still nothing going on the white jig under bobber, but the bottom action seemed on in phases. Found a few channel cats, and some yellow bellies came out to play.

Lots of stupid carp flip-flopping all abouts. Spotted up groups and schools passing by from time to time. Not much more action, so we headed out before dark. Saw a number of bank-tanglers along the bridge. Then in passing Benson Marina saw quite a number of folks working the shore around the bridge.
