It is highway 14 that runs East of Cedar city and the larger lakes in that area are Navajo and Panguitch. There are many smaller lakes and streams like Duck creek, Aspen Mirror, McDonald and Le Vanger lakes. There are many more but that should give you a place to start. You could also go west of Cedar city and try New Castle Res for Wipers and Smallmouth. Good luck.
