Another lake mead water level post..

This is what happens when you base your water allotment to California, Arizona, Mexico, and Nevada off of 1200 year highs for the Colorado River and then add millions of people downstream. Arizona finally started taking its full allotment sometime around 2000. I'm guessing that if we look at the water level history of Mead we'll find that it started really dropping around then. I'm not denying a drought, just that the drought has been over for a few years now. Water flow into the Colorado River system is near normal but outflow is still way above inflow.
