UL walleye

I did it! Caught my first walleye last Friday. Walleyebob and I hit UL about 7 am, and fished it until almost 5. I'm now convinced that walleye too are a fish of 1000+ casts. And in the end I didn't even get mine legitimately, I ended up snagging him on the tail, but I don't even care, it's in the history books! But what was making me mad is some guys 20 feet from us limited out on wallye, but for some reason we couldn't replicate whatever they were doing. Anyways it was awesome. I guess my goal now has to be to catch one in the mouth; )

Can you tell I'm excited, I figured my post on my "GOALS" thread wasn't getting enough traffic, so I thought I better put this post on the main board.
