I was shore fishing in the wash a few years back, and over the course of the day, my friend and I must have landed 7 or 8 big turtles.

As I was unhooking one, an Asian dude ran up and asked for it. I had no problem dropping it in his cooler, and he was happy as a clam.

Hope I wasn't breaking any laws.... I'm sure they are a no-take species or something.
