joe. In no way did I mean to slam you with my comment 'peel back the onion' its a phrase used when one wants to find out all the facts on a situation. You must objectively look into the situation to find the justifiable rationale for decisions or comments including why things are done and why things aren't done. Its just a phrase used often in the line of work I'm in and can be carried over into social aspects. I was just trying to answer what I preceived as your intial post with the 'why' question. No harm no foul on my part towards you FWIW.
