white bass in yuba

I understand yuba is great right now, I probably fish it more then most people do. Thats why I would like to see it managed better. With the loss of the trout, perch, and the decline in walleye, Is the northern next? The northerns have done good down there, I just dont want to see them decline because of the food source like all of the other fish in the lake.

There has to be a food source that would benefit the entire fishery, not just the carp and northerns
