Yes, you put a bunch of trout in a pond and feed them pellets, they will get quite large. But we weren't talking about that, were we? We are talking about the Upper Provo river. I love the Upper and used to catch a lot of fish there, but size was never its strong suit, although a few big fish were there to be had.
