Upper Provo...there goes the neighborhood

The Beaver River property probable has about a half mile of river vs a 100 yards tops for those properties. Plus those properties are almost certainly a lot more expensive than what the SITLA land will go for. Access does look to be a bit of an issue but probable doable. All the rich folk will buy up the access to close streams and we might be forced to drive 3 hours to fish before too long if we don't get our access back. I'll probable just move out of Utah if it appears my American rights are seized permanently here.
