Halibut recipes?

My favorite way of using my halibut is to use half and half breadcrumbs and coconut and dip the fillets in cream or milk or even egg wash and roll it in the crumb/coconut mixture. Put it on a well oiled cookie sheet and spray the fillets right before putting them in the oven with more cooking spray. bake at 425 for 20 minutes. healthier and very delicious!
