That sure is a great looking tiger at that. Never do get sick of how pretty they look.
I have no clue about the stocking but if you really want to know just contact the DNR via email. I am sure they would answer your question.
I would not fret about bucket biology with Tigers. Yes disease is an issue but they are sterile after all. In no way am I approving of bucket biology, just sayin your creek isn't gonna become infested with tiger trout.
