On Wednesday October 9th the gate to Strawberry Renegade boat ramp was locked. That was at 7:30AM. The boat ramp at Strawberry Bay Marina was open. The gate to Mud Creek was locked. I don't know about the rest but the man in the marina store said that the marina at Soldier Creek was open.
