I was there today and the answer is no. I also would be leery of driving a quad onto the ice. The slush mostly froze up, there are pockets still and the top got a little soft in the afternoon. If you hit a soft pocket, it might be tough going for you.

Foot traffic and snowmobiles were doing fine today.
