Is porcupine a popular place for ice fishing?

I would think so, I have never fished porcupine. It should be good for some nice browns and kokanees. You also have Hyrum Res, Newton, and not too far from Mantua. If I lived up there, I would just take the hour drive and head to Bear Lake, but it rarely has ice on it.
