Is porcupine a popular place for ice fishing?

I fished there nearly twenty times through the ice last year. It was the best place that I found to fish in the area. I tried the other places, but never had the success that I had at Porcupine. I never actually fished for the Kokanee, but I saw many people try and it was more hit and miss than fishing for the trout. It was rarely too crowded. The only time that there were a lot of people there was the week after Doug Miller ran a show on the porcupine Kokanee, but after all of the followers got up there and didn't catch any fish they didn't go back and the bad word got out.
