took a drive up there on Monday. the only soft water i saw was at the ladders. drove over to the dam, and nothing as far as soft water on SC. but i bet another two to three weeks it should be perfect. i fished the open water at the ladders that went out into the ice and did ok. did better a couple weeks ago there.
